Are mixed people allowed to get black scholarships?

that question asked by hippy has got me wondering now.
im talking about mixed people mixed with black…mostly white/black mixed kids….sheesh!
they do have scholarships for all minorities. you just have to be willing to look for them, and make essays for them. and do good in school to get them.

yes i have black friends who are also mixed that got them. we are freshies in college. you usually have to be at least 1/4 or 1/2 black. gah! all these damn fractions.

there are lots…um how is it that all these ppl didnt know of all the many kinds of scholarships geared toward various minority groups or even white ethnicities (polish. german, etc.)???

lol obviously lots of people on this website have never applied to college. but then again that would explain a lot…
