Is there any genuine home based online data entry job without any initial payment?

I am a Computer Science Engineer having no job in hand as because I want to join India Government jobs, which take a span of time before posting. I am suffering from shortage of money and can’t provide any initial payment for any job. Can anybody advice me any part time data entry job, which would give me money without hampering my daily study?
