What is the best Free Website to Advertise your Home base Business Opportunity?

I have a homebase business that requires me to advertise to get leads for my call center. The call center then calls and closes the leads. My role is just to advertise and get the leads or prospects. I am looking for actual opportunity seekers; not “tire kicker”. I have seen other websites that promote your business for free; however in return they spam you with other opportunity owners sites.
Need to advertise worldwide; not locally for my home base buisness.

When I tried to do that I ended up getting hit with junk email and stuff. I think the best way to advertise is to put your website on a business card and hand it out locally, and I found that advertising in a small local newspaper gets you a few calls too. Good Luck! Jennifer
