How did you transition from working to work-at-home mom?

I did this 8 1/2 months ago. I quit working after my daughter was born to help my husband run his business more effectively.

We came up with a new business model reflecting our growth with an “operations manager”. We felt we could be 40% more profittable and we are making it happen!!
