I want to start a small home business online, I am a very talented designer/seamstress?

Where do I start, at little or no cost to start up?
I guess from the answers that I am recieving that I need to re-phrase. I want to market and sell the clothes which I design and sew. Maybe like an online store or web-site, perhaps?
