Geniune ways to earn money by working extra from home?

have looking over the internet for earning some extra income by getting some ways to work from home. But all the ways that I get are either fraud or get me the income in $’s. I am an Indian and am looking for ways in which there is a decent income per month in INR by means for cheque or direct deposit. Major site demand for upfront fees and as I see in the this forums is that u should never pay any joining fees. Many people respond to questions here, but when i check the genuineness of the sites most of them as reported to be fraud. Can anyone please guide me in getting some real genuine work from internet. I also do not own a site where I can do Google marketing with adsense and adwords.
Also request you all to please reply to the above question only in case the sites u refer are paying the money in INR (Indian Rupees). I strongly need sites with Indian rupees payment options.
