Manitowoc woman charged in Medicaid fraudulent billing case
MANITOWOC A 37-year-old Manitowoc woman has been charged with bilking the state Medicaid program of more than $15,000 over about a two-year period by billing the health care program for work supposedly done while she was instead on staff at a local hospital.
