Can I still get scholarships for another undergraduate degree if I already have a BS degree?
I am looking to go back to school for computer engineering. I already have a BS degree in IT. I understand that I do not qualify for financial aid such as a federal pell grant. However, I am wondering if I still qualify for scholarships towards my degree?
