Improve the gut health, prevent diarrhea, ease the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and increase the enzymes which helps to absorb the essential nutrients present in the food.

Studies also revealed that women who are over weight and have a tendency to gain more weight have higher levels of E coli. And there are very little beneficial bacteria than the ones with normal weight. This means that beneficial bacteria also have a role to play in weight gain and loss.
