Hey yall – we are in the process of adopting a child classified as “special needs” from the foster care system. Is anyone aware of any companies or any federal programs that have scholarships/grants to assist with college expenses?
We live in Georgia and there are no state programs available to assist since he was not in foster care during his teen years.
