Can my friend get a minority scholarship?
Her father is cuban, and her mother is canadian.
If you didn’t know she was 1/2 cuban, you would never guess.
Being 1/2 cuban, is she eligible for minority scholarships?
yeah, I think they cut it at 1/16 so she is good on that. I could get one and I am mostly white, but I have 1/8 Indian and I am from Appalachia.
